Ingredients
Oil - 1 Tablespoon
Asafoetida- 1/8th Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4th Teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder - half Teaspoon
Peanuts - 500 grams
Salt - half Teaspoon
Peanut Chaat
Onion - 100 grams
Tomato - 100 grams
Green Chili - 1
Cilantro - As needed
Lime Juice from half a lime

Recipe:
Heat a pan and keep it on low heat.
Then add oil, asafoetida, turmeric powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and cook the spices over low heat so they don’t burn
After 2-3 minutes, add peanuts, followed by salt, and mix well
Coat the peanuts well with the spices for 4-5 minutes while cooking on a low flame
The Masala Peanut is ready. Transfer the peanuts to cool down in a larger open pan
Once they are at room temperature, you can store them in an airtight container
Now for our peanut chat, add the masala peanuts, finely chopped tomatoes, chopped onion, cilantro, green chili, and a generous squeeze of lime juice in a fresh bowl.
Mix everything and serve.

Warning: One bite won’t be enough!
