This Vegan Creamy Cheesy Curry Dip recipe is one of the best recipes for holiday parties. It has many vegetables, simple ingredients, and Vegan Cheese. It's perfect for get-togethers and game nights, where you can pair it with nachos, rusk, bread, or even raw veggies like carrots or cucumbers.
Ingredients
Oil - 1 Tablespoon
Ginger - 1 Inch
Garlic - 5 Cloves
Chili - 1 Large
Tomatoes - 3 Medium
Ketchup - 2 Tablespoon
Soy Sauce - 1 Tablespoon
Chili Flakes - 1 teaspoon
Carrots - 2 Medium
Green Peas - 100 g
Corn - 100 g
Bell Pepper - 4 small
Vegan Cheese By Etosha - 300 g
Soy Milk(optional) - 250ml
Tofu - 250 g
Salt - half teaspoon
Steps:
Add oil to a pan at low heat, then add chopped garlic, ginger, green chilis & cook for 2 mins. Then add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
Add ketchup, soy sauce, red chili flakes & cook for 2 mins
Add green peas, boiled corn, finely chopped yellow & red bell peppers, carrots & plant-based milk(optional). Let it cook for 5-7 mins
Add Tofu followed by vegan cheese; mix well and cook till the cheese is mixed well with the curry dip
Transfer the Curry dip to a baking pan & then add some more Vegan cheese.
Bake it for 10 mins over 200 C in a preheated oven and serve hot.
