Vegan Chili Garlic Ramen

What’s your guilty pleasure recipe? Mine is a good bowl of Ramen. This is my go-to recipe when craving Ramen, and it is the best way to do it. It’s easy, quick, and so delicious. It’s a must-try, so get cooking!





Ingredients


Ramen  - 2 

Oil - half tbsp

Spring Onion - 1

Garlic - 4- 5 cloves 

Green chili - 2 

Sauce Mix

Black Sesame seeds - 1 tsp

White Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp

Spring Onion green


Sauce Mix

Soy sauce - 6 Tbsp

Tomato Sauce - 2 Tbsp

Spicy sauce - 1 Tbsp

Red Chili flakes - 1 tsp

Oregano flakes - 1 tsp

Black Pepper - Half tsp

Water - 4 tbsp


Steps:

  1. Prepare the sauce mix. Add soy sauce, tomato sauce, Chili Sauce, red chili flakes, oregano, Black pepper, and water to the bowl. Mix everything well. 

  2. Cook Ramen: boil the water and add ramen to it. You can use any ramen of your choice.

  3. Remove the excess water once the ramen is cooked, and lightly drizzle some oil to keep it fresh.

  4. Heat the pan at low heat, then add oil, followed by finely chopped spring onion, garlic, and chopped green chilis. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes over low heat.

  5. Add the sauce mix to the pan. Cook for 2 minutes over low heat. Add black and white sesame seeds and spring onion green. 

  6. Add the ramen to the bowl and mix well

  7. Garnish with green spring onion and sesame seed, and serve hot!
