Today we are going to prepare a yummy vegan starter recipe garlic mushroom.
Ingredients for Garlic Mushroom :
800 Grams of Mushroom
1 Medium Size Onion
5-6 Cloves of Garlic
Parsley/ Coriander
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste (Optional)
2-3 Tablespoons of Oil
I'm using 800 grams of mushroom, 1 medium onion , chop it nicely.
Then 5 to 6 cloves of garlic peal them and then grate them or you can also finely chop them.
50 grams of parsley, chop it finely
Step 1:
Start with heating a pan, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil. I'm using olive oil.
Once the oil is hot add the chopped onion and stir fry them.
Step 2:
Once the onion turns translucent, go ahead and add the chopped garlic and cook it for 2 minutes over low heat
Step 3:
Add the mushrooms to the pan and mix everything gently together without breaking the mushrooms
Add some salt to taste, I'm using around 1 tablespoon of salt. Mix everything together and once you see the mushrooms turn golden brown go ahead and add some parsley
Give it a good mix and once everything is mixed nicely, go ahead and add some crushed black pepper you can also use powdered black pepper but I really like the taste of crushed black pepper
Sprinkle water if needed in case the mushrooms starts to stick to the bottom of the pan
After couple of minutes, the Mushrooms are cooked really well and the aroma is amazing, now go ahead and plate it
It is one of the easiest recipes to prepare and can be done in a jiffy.
